Welcome to Trips for Kids - Rio Grande!

Welcome to the website of Trips For Kids Rio Grande. If you haven't heard of us yet, we are a local non-profit dedicated to taking at-risk youth out on mountain bike trips to teach important lessons in personal achievement, environmental awareness, and having healthful fun in the outdoors. We are able to offer kids great opportunities because of the support of bicyclists such as yourself. We are into the Fall season and we are looking for volunteers and members.

There are two easy ways you can help:

1.  Become a ride leader! You don't have to be a pro MTB racer to help some kids. If you can ride, you can volunteer. You can make a difference in the lives of kids by riding with us for just a few hours. Volunteering for even one ride makes a big difference. To sign up, just go to the volunteer section of this website .

2.  Become a sponsoring member. All it takes is a small contribution and you can help without even leaving your house! Not only do you get the reward of knowing you made a difference, but you can let everyone know how cool you are with a TFK water bottle. If you want to help a little more, you can show off with a TFK t-shirt. You can become a member by simply going to the donate section of this website.
